Description: 
Hardware Engineering Manager, guiding a team through the design of leading edge electronic medical devices.

Responsibilities: 
Will lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in planning, developing, prototyping, documenting, testing and qualifying electronic designs of high-performance medical devices. Responsible for entire product lifecycle, from conception through product launch and into post-launch support. Also responsible for scheduling, budgeting and risk management for projects, including FMEA and design rigor.

Requirements: 
10+ years in design and development of digital and analog circuitry and 1+ year of project leadership or supervisory experience. Must have recent medical device experience. OrCad and other CAD tools also a must as is familiarity with PCB layout and EMI/EMC design. Proficient knowledge of Medical Device submission standards (i.e. FDA, IEC, QSR, ISO, etc.). Experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, and WBS a plus.

Compensation: 
$90,000 to $125,000
